WHAT IS THE VENUS RENOVATIONS AND PARTNER PROGRAM?
In short, we will help you sell your property at no cost to you for an agreed upon amount that is most likely significantly higher than any of those "cash offer investors". We have a proven process that includes marketing to find the right family, properly qualifying them, and then developing a plan of action to where the home is able to be enhanced by our design team. We won't give away our secret sauce, but this is the basic philosophy behind our strategy. Someone won't pay you top dollar for their dream home if it's not right in front of them, so we bring it to life for them to see, and then they fall in love with the vision and that's how you sell for more, and we have another project in the books! We all win without an "investor" taking 30% of your equity just because they need the numbers to pencil out.
WHEN DO THE RENOVATIONS START?
The property is always closed on before any major renovations are started. So you are paid without the need to stick around and wait for the remodel to be completed. This is typically done within 30-60 days but depending on the market has sometimes taken up to 90 days in a slowing market. We know you're moving onto your next chapter, we want to make sure we don't keep you in the past for longer than you need to be. The world is big out there, go experience it.
DO I THE HOME OWNER HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS?
No, you don’t pay anything, if we aren’t able to perform, we are the only ones who end up paying any expenses from this. That’s why we always need to make sure it’s a property that works for us, because we will invest into this process heavily with our time and resources.

The best case scenario, we are able to help you get tens of thousand of dollars more for your property just by allowing us to do what we do best.

The worst case scenario, if we don't find a family who wants to move forward we will pay your mortgage for the time we had used of yours as well as cover all expenses on our end that we invested into the process and possibly even the home. We are very confident in what we do and we are willing to put our money where our mouth is to ensure we are always performing at our company standard.
